Terms and Conditions of Noonan Energy’s Register to Win Drawing
Noonan Energy (“Noonan”) is having a prize drawing. This contest is open to anyone (“person”) who is age 21 or older. There is no purchase necessary to enter.
Starting Wednesday, January 29, 2020 and ending Wednesday, February 5, 2020, individuals that click the “Enter Today” link in the January email blast will have the opportunity to enter the drawing. Limit one entry per person. There is a total of one (1) prize and there will be one (1) winner per prize. Winner will be drawn and notified during the week of February 10, 2020.
A qualified person must meet the following eligibility requirements. Individuals must be 21 years or older to be eligible to win. Noonan employees, any immediate family members of those employees, advertising agencies and affiliates are not eligible to participate. Individuals must be an existing customer of Noonan, and living within Noonan’s coverage areas.
Each winner is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, including, without limitation, income taxes.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
Each winner must claim his/her prize in person and the prize must be accepted in its entirety. The winner may be asked to consent to their name and photograph being published on the company’s Facebook, for internet purposes or displayed in lobby. Consent to publication is not required.
Noonan Energy assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of prize awarded in contest. Noonan Energy, its advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each are absolved and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any prize awarded.
Noonan Energy shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cellphone, texting, email, or internet access, or any other circumstances in contest beyond Noonan Energy’s control.
